Part-time market research role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate with a hybrid arrangement that allows some work from home.
Researches construction and quantity surveying markets to support strategic decisions for the Quantity Surveying Division and its stakeholders.
Research and analysis
- Collect, analyze, and interpret market data, trends, demand drivers, and competitive landscapes.
- Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research.
- Prepare reports and presentations and generate evidence-based strategic insights.
Collaboration and communication
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners and contribute to policy and standards discussions.
- Maintain market intelligence databases.
- Share findings through briefings, publications, and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications and experience
- Strong market research, market analysis, analytical, and quantitative research capabilities.
- Effective communication skills for clear presentations, concise reports, and stakeholder engagement.
- Relevant experience in construction, quantity surveying, economics, or related fields is beneficial; regional Middle East or African market familiarity is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Statistics, Business, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or statistical software; attention to detail and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Commitment to professional ethics, continuous learning, and collaboration.
