Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marine Electrical Supervisor based in Abu Dhabi.
The Marine Electrical Supervisor will oversee electrical maintenance and installations on various marine vessels, ensuring all systems and equipment are operational and compliant with safety and industry standards.
Responsibilities
include leading and managing a team of technicians, troubleshooting electrical issues, coordinating tasks to ensure timely project completion, and providing technical guidance.
The role also requires working closely with other departments and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to manage, guide, and coordinate a team effectively
- Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and handling Electrical Equipment
- Solid knowledge of Electricity and Electrical Engineering principles
- Relevant experience in the marine industry or similar field
- Ability to work on-site and adhere to safety regulations
- Technical certification or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and team leadership abilities
