Role Description
The Sales Manager – Marine (Ship Repair & Drydocking) is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to attract and retain clients in the ship repair and drydocking sector.
Responsibilities
include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, leading negotiations, and achieving sales targets.
The candidate will also oversee the preparation of bids and contracts while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in industries such as ship repair, drydocking, or marine services
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and closing sales deals
- Ability to develop strategic sales and marketing plans tailored to the marine industry
- Knowledge of customer requirements related to ship repairs, drydocking, and marine operations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working in UAE Abor knowledge of the regional market is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marine Studies, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus
Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to generate business and deliver results
- Sound understanding of shipyard operations and services
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the marine industry
- Generate ship repair, maintenance, and drydocking projects
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, operators, and key stakeholders
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
