Qualifications

  • Strong experience in manufacturing from a relevant manufacturing industry
  • Experience of managing unionized manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • To be successful in this role you will need the following:
  • University or a College degree is required
  • Significant level of relevant work experience in a similar industry would be preferred
  • 5 plus years of experience managing site operations including managerial, leadership, and budgetary experience is required.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing and/or Cummins Operational Excellence preferred
