Compensation and term
- Compensation is $17.95 per hour plus applicable shift premium.
- The term is three months, with potential to become permanent.
Shift
- Day shift, Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.
- Overtime may be required, and the role requires flexibility to switch shifts on short notice.
Responsibilities
- Maintain quality and integrity standards for processed work and meet department benchmarks within a month.
- Follow internal processing, conduct, product-security, and personal-safety policies.
- Keep the work area organized and clean; maintain focus on customer satisfaction.
- Follow environmental, health, and safety policies and report hazards, incidents, or concerns to a supervisor.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and skills
- 1–2 years of related manufacturing or production experience.
- Good communication and reading skills, organization and time management, basic computer skills, memory, and attention to detail.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- High school completion is preferred.
- Able to lift up to 20 lb, push up to 40 lb, stand for long periods, sit for extended periods, and perform repetitive routine work.
Working conditions
- Work takes place in a fast-paced secure environment that may be noisy and involves repetitive routine work and reading small print daily.
