Role Objective
Represent the salon brand's style, mission, and philosophy while delivering professional nail services.
Stay informed about nail trends, products, and services and support client satisfaction.
Work toward weekly and monthly revenue targets and help build a regular clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nail therapies according to salon nail-service SOPs.
- Recommend suitable home-care products during client service sessions.
- Support team members and attend events that promote the brand.
- Care for tools and equipment, maintain clean work areas, and monitor inventory.
- Assist with product ordering and follow sterilization and sanitation standards.
- Attend internal and external training on products and services.
General Requirements
- Maintain immaculate grooming and professional presentation standards.
- Provide professional, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate communication, interpersonal, self-motivation, enthusiasm, empathy, and sales orientation.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and SOPs and use working hours productively.
- Be willing to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
Experience and Technical Skills
- One year of salon experience in an international-standard salon is required.
- A previous beauty or nail qualification is preferred.
- Required nail services include manicure, pedicure, cutting, shaping, filing, cuticle work, polish, and gel.
- Ability to perform nail extensions is advantageous.
- English is required.
