Role objective
Represent the brand’s style and philosophy, provide professional nail services and therapies, and stay aware of new nail trends, products, and services.
Help meet weekly and monthly revenue targets and be willing to learn new skills and techniques.
Key responsibilities
- Perform nail therapies according to salon service SOPs and recommend appropriate home-care products to clients.
- Work toward individual revenue targets, build a regular clientele, and promote the brand at external events.
- Support teammates, care for tools and equipment, check inventory, and assist with product ordering.
- Maintain clean work areas and follow salon and municipality sanitation and sterilization standards.
- Attend internal and external product and service training.
Experience and technical requirements
- One year of salon experience in an international-standard salon is required.
- Previous beauty or nail qualification is preferred.
- Required nail-service capabilities include manicure, pedicure, cutting, shaping, filing, cuticle work, and polish and gel application.
- Ability to perform nail extensions is an advantage.
- English is required.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.

- Maintain professional grooming and presentation, and demonstrate flexibility, approachability, communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
- Work productively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and comply with company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
