Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Mandarin‑speaking high‑net‑worth clients with property inquiries, private viewings, and investment consultations.
  • Represent and promote luxury properties across Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious communities.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of premium buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, market trends, and community insights.
  • Conduct lifestyle‑focused presentations and tailored property tours.
  • Negotiate high‑value offers and close transactions with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and VIP clients.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery aligned with luxury market expectations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in **Mandarin Chinese** and **English** (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or high‑end client services.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust with high‑net‑worth individuals and international clients.
  • Professional appearance and strong business etiquette.
  • Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi luxury real estate market is an advantage.
