Opportunity overview

Key responsibilities

• Secure USD 2 million through direct investment or qualified institutional investors, coordinating due diligence, negotiations, and financial closure.
• Develop funding relationships and alliances for proposed banking, NBFC, FinTech, and institutional finance initiatives.
• Arrange capital and partnerships for LegalTech expansion, professional subscriptions, and corporate service distribution.
• Develop investment channels for Indian businesses, commercial properties, asset acquisitions, and structured financing.
• Establish Dubai investor relationships, oversee project execution, coordinate institutional partnerships, and contribute to long-term growth.
• Work with founders to establish international investment channels, manage fundraising, develop financial partnerships, and support commercial launches.

Required qualifications

• Must be prepared to invest USD 2 million directly or arrange equivalent capital through qualified third-party investors.
• Proven institutional investment and transaction-closing experience.
• Established relationships with family offices, banks, investment funds, and corporate investors.
• Strong knowledge of financial structuring, institutional credit, and international investment.
• Executive leadership, negotiation, and strategic business-development capabilities.
• Proposed financial activities are subject to due diligence, licensing, and regulatory approvals.

Preferred experience

• 15+ years of relevant experience in fundraising, investment banking, project finance, or asset management is preferred.

Partnership compensation

• Equity ownership, executive salary, fundraising performance bonus, and long-term management participation are described.
• Final equity, compensation, responsibilities, and investment milestones are subject to mutual negotiation and formal documentation.
