Government Relations Head

Position

Government and institutional relations

• Build relationships with government ministries, regulatory authorities, investment agencies, and economic development institutions.
• Represent the organization in official meetings, institutional negotiations, and strategic partnership discussions.
• Facilitate government approvals, corporate registrations, licensing coordination, and regulatory communication.
• Develop relationships with UAE and Qatar government-linked institutions and investment authorities.

Corporate client and investment support

• Support corporate clients seeking market entry, business expansion, investment approvals, and institutional partnerships.
• Coordinate investment structures, banking relationships, escrow arrangements, and cross-border transactions.
• Identify opportunities involving sovereign investment institutions, family offices, banks, and corporate investment groups.
• Facilitate business introductions and institutional collaborations between India, the UAE, and Qatar.

Legal, regulatory, and business development

• Coordinate corporate legal structuring, compliance documentation, and government authorization processes with qualified local legal professionals and licensed financial advisers.
• Apply knowledge of UAE and Qatar corporate regulations, foreign investment frameworks, financial services requirements, and commercial laws.
• Establish compliant operating frameworks for international corporate clients.
• Identify government-backed investment programs, funding opportunities, and public-private partnerships.
• Develop corporate service agreements and support proposed banking, asset management, legal technology, and investment projects.

Candidate requirements

• At least 10 years of government relations or corporate institutional experience.
• Established professional network in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, or relevant GCC institutions.
• Proven experience coordinating government approvals, corporate projects, or institutional partnerships.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, investment frameworks, and corporate compliance.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and professional communication skills.
• Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.

Compensation
