Role and partnership

BLACKBULL seeks an experienced Business Partner & Co-Founder to contribute strategic leadership, institutional investor relationships, and investment capital to its international expansion.

This is an investment-linked founding partnership, not a conventional advisory or salaried position.

The company is at pre-revenue stage and is expanding internationally from Dubai.

Work model is described as hybrid and international business partnership.

Company context

BLACKBULL is developing an international investment and financial solutions platform spanning LegalTech, FinTech, corporate legal management, institutional fundraising, banking development, and asset-backed investment portfolios.

The ecosystem includes more than 6,000 associated legal professionals, BLACKBULL AI technology infrastructure, corporate management resources, and business relationships supporting Indian companies.

Expansion plans include international investment channels, LegalTech commercialization, banking and NBFC partnerships, and institutional capital for Indian businesses and asset acquisition projects.

Responsibilities

  • Secure USD 2 million through personal investment or third-party investors; coordinate due diligence, negotiate terms, and facilitate funding closure.
  • Build bank, financial institution, and investment organization partnerships for proposed banking, NBFC, and FinTech initiatives in India.
  • Develop investment and revenue strategies for BLACKBULL AI and subscription-based services.
  • Arrange international-channel funding for eligible Indian companies, commercial properties, business acquisitions, and asset portfolios.
  • Develop Dubai-based investor relationships, institutional alliances, financial partnerships, and long-term India–UAE investment opportunities.

Required qualifications

  • Investment of USD 2 million directly or arrangement of equivalent capital through qualified third-party investors is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated record of arranging institutional capital and strong UAE, GCC, and international investor relationships are required.
  • Knowledge of structured finance, banking credit, and cross-border investments is required.
  • Executive leadership, negotiation, and transaction-management capabilities are required.
  • At least 15 years of experience in project finance, fundraising, investment banking, or asset management is preferred.

Compensation and terms

  • Potential negotiated equity participation, executive salary, fundraising bonuses, and long-term management responsibilities are subject to agreed investment and performance milestones.
  • Investments, regulated financial activities, and cross-border transactions are subject to due diligence, applicable laws, licensing, and regulatory approvals.
  • The posting states an investment requirement of USD 2 million, through direct investment or third-party capital arrangement.
