About the role
Manage the day-to-day efficient operation of onshore and offshore Transfer Agency teams in Australia.
Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and mentor operations teams, including Team Leaders.
- Support implementation of the target operating model and best practices.
- Manage performance, staff development, reviews, and retention activities.
- Ensure people, processes, and procedures meet client expectations and drive efficiency.
- Allocate clients and deliverables across operations teams.
- Partner with CRM on client relationships, onboarding, and transitions; lead transition meetings.
- Oversee offshore partner performance and service delivery.
- Contribute to operational projects with the Senior Manager, Transfer Agency.
- Review and approve incident reports; act as first-level escalation for client enquiries.
Skills required
- Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, or finance.
- At least 5 years of operational experience in unit registry.
- Experience with offshoring processes and transformation.
- Previous experience managing teams.
- Experience managing client relationships and deliverables.
