Account Manager, Transfer Agency role based in Sydney.
Oversees offshore service delivery and client relationships to ensure high-quality, accurate services for clients and investors.
Service delivery and reporting
- Perform quality assurance on applications, redemptions, switches, and transfers processed by offshore teams.
- Review and release periodic, quarterly, distribution, and exit statements within service-level agreements.
- Review and sign off on bank reconciliations; review pending and settled reports and distribute them to clients.
Compliance and transactions
- Manage client compliance requirements, incident reports, remediation, and coordination with internal and external compliance stakeholders.
- Manage Calastone transactions, daily reconciliations, and issue resolution.
- Maintain fee rebate schedules, execute month-end transactions, and submit them to clients for review.
Client service
- Contribute to client management reports and attend client servicing meetings as required.
- Ensure service quality meets client expectations and work with internal stakeholders on client management and delivery.
- Proactively address client queries and perform other ad hoc duties.
Required experience and skills
- At least two years of fund services experience and commercial experience working with clients in a delivery-service model.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, build positive client relationships, and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and contribute as a team member.
- Understanding of and interest in financial markets.
Advantageous experience
- Exposure to offshoring models is highly advantageous.
