Dubai-based Manager Training – Emirati Talent role supporting leadership capability, succession planning and organizational performance.
Advertised compensation is AED 35,000–40,000+ with family benefits; no pay cadence is stated.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify critical capabilities and talent requirements.
- Develop and implement competency frameworks, talent identification, succession planning and HiPo programs.
- Design and manage assessment centres, behavioural assessments, interviews and psychometric evaluations.
- Analyze talent data and provide insights for workforce planning and talent decisions.
- Embed talent frameworks across HR processes and collaborate with Learning & Development on development interventions.
- Manage external assessment providers and talent management projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends and recommend best practices to improve talent management strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; CIPD or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years specializing in Talent Management.
- Strong experience in competency frameworks, succession planning, talent reviews, HiPo programs and assessment methodologies.
- Knowledge of psychometric tools and behavioural assessment techniques.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
