Manager, Technical Lead, SAP EDI

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy integrated and automated EDI solutions.
• Own integrations between SAP S/4 and external trading partners, including architecture standards, transaction monitoring, and operational performance.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Oversee AMS production support, release planning, deployment coordination, production readiness, critical incidents, and root-cause analysis.
• Lead trading partner onboarding, testing, certification, end-user validation, and post-implementation support.
• Define solution architecture requirements and integration standards aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, regulatory, information security, governance, and responsible AI requirements.
• Provide coaching and guidance to Business System Analysts and AMS team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or university degree.
• At least 7 years of experience.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA core modules, ERP processes, and IBM Sterling EDI.
• Business acumen in order management and supply chain execution, including transportation planning and warehouse management.
• Technical delivery experience in solution design, systems implementation, and release management.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and overseeing Business System Analysts or similar roles.

Technical Skills

• Required expertise includes SAP S/4HANA, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, EDI, solution architecture, systems implementation, and release management.
• The role requires process improvement, automation, stakeholder management, testing, production support, and incident management capabilities.
• The position supports embedded AI technology and requires alignment with responsible AI policy.

• The position is remote and based out of Ocean Spray’s corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Massachusetts.

Compensation

• The stated annual base salary range is $104,700 to $130,900.
• Certain positions may be eligible for short-term and long-term incentive rewards.
