Finance Development Program Analyst
Role Overview
Ocean Spray’s Finance Development Program is a three-year initiative for aspiring finance and accounting professionals.
The program offers rotations, technical skill building, personal development, mentorship, and networking.
Participants complete three 12-month rotations in Commercial, Operations, and Corporate finance functions.
Rotations are assigned according to business needs, employee skills, and development goals.
The program starts in September 2027 and is expected to end in September 2030.

Finance Development Program
Ocean Spray’s Finance Development Program is a three-year initiative for aspiring finance and accounting professionals.
The program offers rotations, technical skill building, personal development, mentorship, and networking.

Rotations are assigned according to business needs, employee skills, and development goals.
The program starts in September 2027 and is expected to end in September 2030.
Work arrangement
- This is a hybrid role based at Ocean Spray’s corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Massachusetts.
- Mondays and Fridays are remote.
Program activities
- Learn and contribute to the key elements of each rotational assignment, adapting to business needs and development goals.
- Build finance, leadership, and teamwork skills through formal training and on-the-job experience.
- Receive peer and professional mentorship and participate in networking.
- Present contributions and professional development to executive leadership at the end of each rotation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, completed before the program start date.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- At least one relevant internship and/or co-op experience.
- At least one year of experience is listed in the work-experience information.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction; the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Compensation
- Annual salary range is $59,700–$74,600.
- The position may be eligible for short-term and long-term incentive rewards.
