Shape digital sales priorities and governance across product, technology, marketing and risk teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve Digital Sales strategy in line with enterprise priorities.
- Maintain a program view of work and align priorities with business outcomes.
- Drive planning, governance and delivery rhythms; manage dependencies, risks and demand.
- Partner across product, marketing, technology and risk to align priorities.
- Provide senior stakeholders with progress, priority and risk updates.
- Connect delivery outcomes to commercial objectives and strategic goals.
- Build team capability and improve delivery processes.
What you'll bring
- Extensive experience leading strategy, portfolio, transformation or program management initiatives in digital environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex portfolios across teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, including translating complex information into executive-level insights.
- Leadership experience developing people and improving team performance.
- Banking or other highly regulated environment experience.
- Ability to balance risk, delivery outcomes and business priorities; strategic mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
