The Associate, Medfin joins NAB's Business Banking team in Melbourne CBD.
The role supports Relationship Managers with lending and servicing and helps deepen customer relationships and grow portfolios.
What you'll do
- Prepare lending applications and submissions to credit policy and quality standards.
- Guide applications through the end-to-end lending journey to settlement.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely product, service, and transaction information.
- Identify ways to strengthen customer relationships and connect clients with useful business solutions.
- Check approval conditions and compliance requirements before files progress to settlement.
What you'll bring
- Customer service experience and a demonstrated ability to provide a strong customer experience.
- Analytical skills; prior exposure to business financials is preferred.
- Collaborative, curious, and solutions-focused approach, with an ability to identify process improvements and anticipate customer needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Exposure to KYC, onboarding, and compliance requirements and strong attention to detail.
- Healthcare industry interest and interest in specialist banking are preferred.
