Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 10 years of progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, or a closely related field, including experience leading software teams or complex technical projects. Demonstrated experience leading software development teams or technical project teams. Strong experience developing and supporting enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, and web technologies. Experience with software architecture, APIs, system integrations, relational databases, reporting, and performance optimization. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, production support, and change management. Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and high-priority production issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, Agile development, and release management. Experience with ERP, procurement, workflow, document management, reporting, or operational systems. Experience leading distributed or onsite/offshore teams. Familiarity with cybersecurity, data governance, audit trails, access control, AI, and automation.
