Maintain product integrity, traceability, and conformity from raw material receipt through final inspection and certification.
Lead and sustain the QMS, monitor and report service quality, prevent nonconformities, and support organizational qualification for expanded capabilities.

Role purpose
Ensure compliance with API standards across manufacturing, machining, inspection, and testing of tubular goods, valves, wellhead equipment, and precision-machined components.
Maintain product integrity, traceability, and conformity from raw material receipt through final inspection and certification.
Lead and sustain the QMS, monitor and report service quality, prevent nonconformities, and support organizational qualification for expanded capabilities.
Accountabilities and activities
- Regularly review the QMS and represent AMCO in audits.
- Manage, train, and mentor QA staff and other employees on quality standards and best practices.
- Maintain licenses and certifications and ensure adherence to regulations, standards, and specifications.
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits, inspections, and process validations.
- Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, report performance, and manage quality records.
- Manage the team of document controllers and supplier qualifications and performance monitoring.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, metallurgy, or equivalent.
- Lead Auditor qualification is mandatory.
- 8–12 years of experience.
Preferred qualifications
- API Q1 / Q2 preferred.
- NDT Level II (UT / MPI / LPI) preferred.
- Six Sigma preferred.
