Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)/Portuguese is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the creator landscape and cultural nuances in Spanish-speaking Latin America
  • Experience working with influencers across different levels, from micro to VIP
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once and shifting priorities as needed
  • Clear communication skills and a good eye for detail
  • Organized, reliable and able to take ownership without needing heavy oversight
  • Passionate about beauty and tuned into social media and creator trends
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Familiarity with platforms like Traackr and Creator IQ is helpful
  • Brings a can-do attitude and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed. No task is too small.

  • The pay range for this role is $100k-$120k. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidates relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
