Job Purpose

To support the Group People and Culture function by contributing to the delivery of leadership development, talent management, performance management and capability development initiatives, in order to build capability across the organization.

Leadership Development

  • Take a lead role in delivering Leadership programs as directed.
  • Responsibilities include facilitating sessions, engaging with participants and stakeholders, managing program logistics such as scheduling, participant communications, session preparation, and post-session follow-up, and tracking program impact and outcomes.
  • Deliver psychometric assessment debrief and feedback sessions for employees as required.

Talent Management

  • Support the Group Director in the operational delivery of Modon's talent management programs, including Modon’s graduate program, high-potential program, and UAE National development programs.
  • Support the delivery of successor development interventions, helping plan, implement and evaluate the outcomes of such activities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reporting on talent initiatives for senior stakeholder audiences.

Performance Management

  • Collaborate with segment P&C teams to facilitate the effective implementation of the annual performance cycle.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for the performance cycle, working closely with the Group Director to ensure activities are planned and executed smoothly.
  • Support the facilitation of performance-related training and awareness sessions as directed.

Capability Development

  • Facilitate team building and organizational development sessions across Modon as required.
  • Liaise with segment P&C teams on initiative-level collaboration, coordinating delivery and maintaining effective working relationships at an operational level.
  • Support centers of excellence in addressing specific capability requirements as directed by the Group Director.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Certified or working towards certification in one or more of the following: Hogan Assessments, Harrison Assessments, Insights Discovery, Gallup Clifton Strengths.
  • Coaching qualification (desirable) — ICF-accredited or equivalent.
  • Facilitation training or equivalent practical experience.

Experience & Competencies

  • Relevant experience in a learning & development, talent management, or HR generalist role with meaningful exposure to structured development programs.
  • Experience managing and delivering facilitated learning or leadership development programs within a complex, multi-business-unit organization operating at pace.
  • Demonstrable ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with accuracy and follow-through.
  • Experience in psychometric assessment delivery or development feedback conversations.
  • Confidence using digital tools, including AI platforms, to support operational delivery, learning facilitation, and participant engagement.
  • Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment in the UAE or wider Gulf region is advantageous.
