Manages day-to-day operations, delivery and continuous improvement of digital payment solutions across Saudia Group.
Oversees acquiring activities, digital wallet initiatives, payment gateway integrations and related projects to support secure, efficient, customer-centric payments.
Requires expertise in digital payments, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance and vendor coordination; this is not a finance or accounting role.
Key responsibilities
- Manage delivery, operation and improvement of payment gateways, acquiring services and digital wallets.
- Oversee card acquiring and compliance with regulatory requirements, PCI-DSS and Visa and Mastercard scheme regulations.
- Lead payment projects and system enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and operational stability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, banking partners, payment service providers and vendors to implement and optimize solutions.
- Monitor payment performance, transaction success, fraud indicators and customer experience metrics; identify improvements.
- Manage payment risks and resolve operational and technical issues to support secure, reliable processing.
- Prepare performance reports, business cases and recommendations for decision-making and payment strategy.
- Lead and develop a team of payment professionals and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, market trends and digital payment innovations to improve customer experience and support growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital payments, payment operations, acquiring, fintech, banking or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of payment ecosystems, acquiring services, payment gateways, digital wallets, Visa, Mastercard and regional banking platforms.
