Occupational Health Management
- Manage and oversee occupational health programmes, including coordination of pre-employment and periodic medical screening and fitness-to-work assessment processes conducted by licensed healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate medical surveillance activities for personnel exposed to industrial hazards including heat stress, dust, noise, and chemical agents, in line with ADOSH-SF requirements.
- Coordinate investigation and follow-up of occupational illness cases in consultation with licensed healthcare professionals, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and audit-ready occupational health records, including medical surveillance registers, fitness-to-work records, and health exposure monitoring data.
- Coordinate and monitor clinic service providers to ensure adequate occupational health services and regulatory compliance.
- Plan and coordinate regular occupational health awareness campaigns to promote employee well-being and early identification of health risks, including heat stress, ergonomics, fatigue, and lifestyle health.
- Clinical assessments, medical diagnosis, treatment activities, and fitness-to-work determinations are conducted by licensed healthcare professionals and approved external occupational health service providers. The Manager provides governance, compliance oversight, coordination, and programme management.
Security Operations & Asset Protection
- Operate and monitor site security services, including manned guarding, access control, traffic management, and perimeter protection in coordination with the contracted security provider.
- Manage and maintain security systems including CCTV, access control systems, and monitoring equipment.
- Coordinate routine security inspections, patrols, and compliance checks.
- Enforce visitor, contractor, and vehicle access controls in accordance with procedures and HSSE site entry requirements.
- Support investigations of security incidents, violations, and breaches, and ensure timely reporting and corrective action closure.
- Maintain security incident logs, access records, and patrol reports to support monitoring, audits, and regulatory inspections.
Access Control & Visitor Management
- Administer the Visitor Management System (VMS) and authorise personnel access, vehicle entry, and material movement in and out of site in line with established security and HSSE requirements.
- Manage and enforce gate access control for all employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery vehicles, ensuring entry is permitted only for authorised and compliant personnel.
- Verify identity, access approvals, inductions, permits, vehicle authorisation, and fitness-to-work status prior to granting site access.
- Coordinate with Operations, Security, and Contractor Management to control traffic flow, prevent unauthorised access, and maintain site security.
- Maintain accurate access records and logs to support security monitoring, investigations, and regulatory audits.
Emergency Response
- Support emergency response coordination for security-manned areas and auxiliary buildings, including evacuation procedures and access control during emergencies.
- Assist Emergency Response Teams (ERT) with evacuation logistics, access control, communication, and coordination with Civil Defense, Police, and Ambulance services.
- Participate in and support emergency drills and exercises, including coordination of site security and medical response components.
Reporting, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on occupational health metrics, security incidents, access control compliance, and emergency drill participation.
- Support internal and external HSSE audits and regulatory inspections related to occupational health and security operations.
- Maintain up-to-date records, registers, and documentation in support of ADOSH-SF, Civil Defense, and audit requirements.
- Identify and recommend improvements to occupational health and security processes, systems, and practices.
