Role Overview

Network Growth and Partner Management

• Develop regional commercialization strategies for key remittance corridors; identify, assess, negotiate with, and onboard providers and financial partners.
• Expand payout coverage across bank accounts, mobile wallets, and push-to-card; build an expansion pipeline and drive activation to increase transaction volumes and revenue.
• Manage existing partner relationships, conduct business reviews, and address performance or operational challenges.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and service-level commitments; collaborate with partners to improve service quality, transaction success, and customer experience.

Push-to-Card and Network Optimization

• Work with banks, issuers, and payment partners to activate Send to Card services (TC28) and other push-to-card capabilities.
• Expand card-based payouts and increase acceptance and utilization of card payout programs.
• Improve operational efficiency, payout speed, transaction success rates, and service quality; identify ways to reduce cancellations, rejections, and complaints.
• Improve partner economics while maintaining a competitive customer value proposition.

Market Development and Collaboration

• Identify high-growth remittance corridors, develop go-to-market strategies and business cases, and monitor competition, regulation, and industry trends.
• Support regional sales and business development teams in securing strategic opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Product, Compliance, Technology, Risk, Finance, and Treasury on capabilities, partner standards, settlement models, liquidity, and economics.
• Provide leadership with market insights, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
• Experience in payments, banking, fintech, remittances, card networks, or financial services.
• Experience managing commercial relationships with banks, payment institutions, money transfer operators, fintechs, or receiving service providers.
• Demonstrated success in partner acquisition, negotiations, and network expansion.
• Strong understanding of cross-border payment ecosystems, remittance value chains, payout methods, correspondent banking, and international payment rails.
• Strong commercial negotiation, relationship management, stakeholder management, influencing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple strategic initiatives, present to senior executives, and work across countries and regulatory environments.

Preferred Background and Knowledge

• Familiarity with settlement, reconciliation, liquidity management, and foreign exchange considerations in cross-border payments.
• Knowledge of card network capabilities and card payout solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience with global payment networks, remittance companies, banks, fintechs, wallet providers, or correspondent banking organizations is preferred.
• Existing regional relationships with banks, payment providers, wallet operators, and remittance players are preferred.
• Experience launching and scaling cross-border payout partnerships across multiple markets is preferred.
