We are supporting a prominent financial services body in Dubai with the appointment of a Manager – Markets Conduct (UAEN).

Key Responsibilities
- Market Surveillance - Review trading and order activity to identify potential market abuse or manipulation.
- Issuer Monitoring - Oversee issuer disclosures and maintain key monitoring logs.
- Infrastructure Oversight - Support risk assessments of market operators and trading platforms.
- Regulatory Input - Provide technical insights on market structure, new products, and emerging risks.
- Reporting - Prepare internal regulatory reports and summaries.

Key Requirements
- **UAEN**
- 5–7+ years in regulatory, compliance, risk, or market‑related roles
