We are supporting a leading institution in Dubai with the appointment of a
Senior Legal Officer
- focused on banking and finance matters.
- This is a senior role within a highly skilled legal team, offering exposure to complex, high‑value transactions and strategic initiatives given the growing volume of banking and finance work in their team.
- Scope of the role:
- Supporting government‑linked entities on high‑value transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating financing documentation.
- Advising on structured and Islamic finance arrangements.
- Advising on legal risk in line with UAE frameworks.
- Exposure to broader commercial and public services contracts.
Key requirements
- 5–10 years of post‑qualification experience in banking, finance, or commercial law.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
