Role and portfolio

Product, customer, and delivery duties

• Own the technical roadmap and prioritized backlog; lead SGP.02-to-SGP.32 migration, eUICC strategy, IPA/eIM architecture, OEM migration waves, and compatibility plans.
• Define platform requirements for Cisco Jasper, Airlinq, the eSIM subscription stack, APIs, rate plans, multi-APN, and A2P services.
• Deliver AI-enabled diagnostics, anomaly and fraud detection, usage forecasting, self-service, and support automation.
• Engage OEMs and AV operators through requirements workshops, solution design, integration testing, and go-live; lead technical RFI/RFPs and new onboardings.
• Own operator interconnects, roaming steering, and permanent-roaming alternatives with international operator partners.
• Coordinate internal engineering, network, IT, and vendors; manage sprints, releases, and UAT, and monitor incident tiers, RCA obligations, NOC interfaces, platform availability, and provisioning.
• Own continuity and regulatory readiness for fleets, including TDRA compliance, data residency, cybersecurity, and AV licensing requirements.
• Automate subscriber, usage, revenue, and platform KPI dashboards and forecasting; identify further automation opportunities.
• Represent the product in governance and executive forums; coach product staff and establish product-management standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in telecom, automotive, or IoT, including at least 4 years as a product owner, product manager, or solution architect for connectivity, telematics, or eSIM products.
• Hands-on delivery of an OEM or large-fleet connectivity programme from onboarding and integration testing through launch and in-life operations.
• Working knowledge of Control Center and a GSMA SGP.02 platform, including SM-SR/SM-DP and eSIM bootstrap orchestration.
• Understanding of OEM connectivity decision-makers, Tier-1s, aggregators, importers, and dealer networks.
• Proficiency with AI tools and evidence of an AI or automation solution implemented for a product or operational process.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Telecommunications, or Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Ability to write technical product specifications, build business cases, lead vendor workshops, and present to OEM and executive audiences.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
