The Director leads competitive market acquisition initiatives focused on winning business customers from competitors.
The role targets competitor-dominated areas, shared zones, and Taawon regions to grow customers, revenue, and market share.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to penetrate competitor territories, convert business customers, and prioritize high-value target areas.
- Lead new-deal acquisition and proactive customer engagement to increase market share and shift customers from competitors.
- Own acquisition, customer, revenue, and performance targets; track KPIs and measurable results.
- Establish execution processes, frameworks, governance, reporting, performance tracking, and accountability mechanisms.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations to support deal closures and improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong background in B2B sales, telecom, or competitive market environments.
- Proven record of market penetration and winning customers from competitors.
- Strategic mindset, execution capability, and data-driven performance leadership.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Success measures and focus
Success measures include business customers acquired, market-share growth, revenue uplift, competitor-account conversion, and execution efficiency.
Key focus areas include competitor acquisition, expansion in competitive and shared territories, and Taawon-driven growth.
