Role overview

Core responsibilities

• Coordinate shared priorities, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies; support planning and execution of cross-functional projects.
• Maintain trackers, action logs, implementation plans, status reports, and supporting records; monitor milestones, risks, issues, and actions.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working groups; prepare agendas, materials, minutes, and action points.
• Clarify roles and ownership, identify coordination gaps and conflicting priorities, and develop corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Document and communicate decisions, agreed actions, and scope changes; prepare progress and management reports for senior leaders.
• Promote information sharing and recommend improvements to cross-functional governance and execution.

People and strategic responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and develop team members; set performance expectations, provide feedback, and support capability development.
• Translate organizational priorities into coordinated implementation plans, monitor strategic initiatives, and escalate significant risks and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Strategic Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
• Excellent English and Arabic; minimum 8–10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Relevant background in strategic initiative management, integration, project or program management, strategy execution, transformation, PMO, or business planning.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects and monitoring milestones, risks, dependencies, and implementation progress.
• Experience preparing executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates; stakeholder follow-up and meeting facilitation experience.
• People-management or team-leadership experience is preferred.
• Government-related, large corporate, infrastructure, economic development, or diversified-business experience is advantageous.
