Role overview

Manager in Sky's Group Inclusion & Engagement team, delivering programmes and initiatives supporting the Our Shared Future strategy.

The strategy focuses on fairness, opportunity, inclusion, meaningful experiences, accessibility, social mobility, and wider change.

The role has a key focus on strategic external partnerships, Using Our Voice priorities, and oversight of Employee Network activity.

Programme delivery

  • Develop and deliver initiatives with clear plans, governance, milestones, success measures, and risk management.
  • Manage external partnerships and programme plans, budgets, contracts, governance, and performance measures.
  • Use data, colleague insight, and feedback to design initiatives, evaluate outcomes, identify trends, and improve delivery.
  • Develop practical, scalable programmes with the People team and wider business; create communications, presentations, and briefings.

Stakeholder and partner management

  • Build relationships with Employee Networks, advocacy groups, external organisations, suppliers, and delivery partners.
  • Own day-to-day delivery, address issues, recommend solutions, and escalate material risks or decisions.
  • Oversee Employee Network activity and support strategic partnerships and Using Our Voice priorities.
  • Temporarily take on increased responsibility for the Sky Forum through 31 July.

What you'll bring

  • Experience delivering people, inclusion, engagement, or organisational change initiatives from design through evaluation and improvement.
  • Experience managing complex programmes, projects, or stakeholder relationships with clear objectives, governance, accountability, and impact focus.
  • Strong programme management, relationship-building, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills in a matrix environment.
  • Understanding of inclusion, engagement, and organisational culture; able to apply insight and good practice in a commercial environment.
  • Sound judgement and discretion with sensitive issues, and confidence using data and colleague feedback.

Hours

  • The posting lists 37.5 hours per week.
