About This Role
Overview
We are hiring for one of our major client for the below requirement in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Role: Senior HR Consultant/Manager
Employment Type: 6 months contract, (possibility of extension), outsourced
Work Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Notice period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 1-2 weeks of notice
Required Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in HR Consulting, HR Transformation, or HR Strategy implementation.
- Strong experience across core HR functions, including HR operating model, workforce planning, organization design, talent acquisition, and performance management.
- Proven experience implementing HR frameworks, policies, and strategic HR initiatives.
- Exposure to HR transformation and change management projects within government or large enterprise environments.
- Ability to support newly established organizations in building and maturing HR processes and practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, client engagement, and communication skills.
- Experience handling ad-hoc HR activities in dynamic project environments.
- Prior experience working with UAE Government/Public Sector clients is mandatory.
- Consulting background & any relevant certifications are highly preferred.
- Should be able to read and write in Arabic.
