- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Process purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Track shipments and resolve any supply chain or delivery-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, shipments, and supplier performance.
- Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports on inventory, procurement, and logistics performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Finance to meet business objectives.
