Role Description
This full-time, on-site Manager role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Manager will oversee daily business operations, lead and mentor team members, develop and implement strategic business initiatives, and ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met.
They will liaise with clients to provide expert advice on business setup, financial strategies, and investment opportunities while promoting and maintaining a culture of excellence and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experienced in Business Consulting, Strategic Planning, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficient in Financial Analysis, Accounting, and Tax Planning
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-Making skills
- Knowledgeable in Regulatory Compliance and Business Formation Procedures
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven track record in managing projects and delivering results under tight deadlines
- Prior experience in the consulting or financial services industry is a plus
