- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, including managerial responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of courier operations, last-mile delivery, transportation, and distribution networks.
- Experience in managing courier service teams, fleet operations, and customer service functions.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily courier service operations.
- Ensure timely pickup, transportation, and delivery of shipments.
- Monitor operational performance and service quality standards.
- Lead and supervise courier, dispatch, and operations teams.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Coordinate with logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding departments.
- Manage client relationships and address operational concerns.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
