- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, including managerial responsibilities.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Experience in transportation operations, fleet management, and logistics solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar logistics and freight market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and expand transportation and logistics business opportunities.
- Identify and secure new clients while maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Manage transportation operations and ensure service excellence.
- Prepare business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Coordinate with operations, customs clearance, and freight forwarding teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions with clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
