The Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the rollout, governance, and continuous improvement of the Core42 Code of Conduct and associated ethics and compliance policies and procedures.
• Manage policy lifecycle activities, including drafting, stakeholder consultation, approvals, version control, and communication.
• Oversee annual and ad hoc Conflict of Interest (COI) and Gifts & Hospitality (G&H) declaration processes, including digital workflows and register management.
• Review disclosures, support mitigation planning, and provide insights and trend analysis for governance reporting.
• Develop guidance materials, toolkits, and resources that promote ethical decision-making across all levels of the organization.
• Support the execution of the annual Ethics & Compliance communications, awareness, and engagement plan.
• Coordinate and track Code of Conduct training, onboarding programs, and functional compliance learning initiatives.
• Support the Ethics & Compliance Liaison Programme through coordination, training delivery, toolkit development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Administer the Speak Up platform and case intake process, ensuring timely, fair, and confidential handling of reports.
• Conduct and support internal investigations in accordance with established protocols and maintain high-quality case documentation.
• Coordinate case management activities, including action tracking, remediation, and closure processes.
• Analyze investigation trends and root causes to identify opportunities for policy, control, and training enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other stakeholders on incident response and case resolution.
• Support the implementation of export controls, sanctions compliance, and third-party due diligence processes.
• Assist frontline teams in applying screening tools, due diligence workflows, and risk assessment procedures.
• Serve as a first point of escalation for complex screening reviews and enhanced due diligence requirements.
• Support compliance risk assessments and maintain the compliance risk register in coordination with Enterprise Risk Management and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Compliance Management System (CMS), aligned with ISO 37301 and industry best practices.
• Track compliance risks, controls, mitigation plans, and ownership actions across the organization.
• Define and monitor compliance KPIs, dashboards, and programme maturity metrics to support leadership reporting.
• Maintain and enhance compliance-related digital platforms, including case management systems, declaration workflows, intranet content, and screening solutions.
• Support governance forums and prepare reporting materials for the Ethics & Compliance Committee and senior leadership.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, Compliance, Ethics, or a related field. A legal qualification is an advantage.
• Professional certification in Ethics & Compliance, Investigations, or Risk Management, such as CCEP, CFE, ICA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in ethics & compliance, investigations, legal, governance, risk, or related functions within multinational organizations.
• Knowledge of export controls and sanctions regulations, including EAR, OFAC, UK, EU, and UAE frameworks.
• Understanding of anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations, including the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and UAE legislation.
• Familiarity with ethics and compliance programme frameworks, compliance management systems, corporate investigations, and governance best practices.
• Experience supporting compliance risk assessments, programme implementation, and policy management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience using compliance management and screening tools.

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

• Experience working within regulated, multinational, technology, AI, cloud, digital infrastructure, or high-growth organizations.
• Knowledge of ISO 37301, DOJ Compliance Guidance, and other leading compliance frameworks.
• Experience conducting investigations and managing confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing and delivering compliance training, awareness campaigns, and engagement initiatives.
• Familiarity with digital compliance solutions, case management platforms, and workflow automation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to balance governance requirements with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
