Manage day-to-day operations of the India Delivery Center.
Ensure smooth center operations, cost discipline, and structured execution aligned to business objectives.
Work Schedule
- UK shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- The role is based in Pune, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily delivery center operations, including utilization monitoring, deployment coordination, and escalation management.
- Manage logistics and facilities operations, including workspace readiness, access control, security, utilities, and leadership or client visits.
- Coordinate vendor management and ensure SLA adherence across facilities and infrastructure services.
- Monitor center-level operating expenses and maintain budget discipline.
- Ensure operational governance, incident tracking, and business continuity readiness.
- Provide structured reporting and performance visibility to leadership.
Required Skills
- 8–12 years of experience in IT services operations or delivery center management.
- Experience managing facilities, logistics, and vendor operations.
- Strong coordination and escalation management skills.
- Understanding of a billable workforce environment.
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder operational environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in operations, project management, or process improvement are preferred.
