Role Purpose
Drive business process optimization, system enhancement, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Bridge business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to translate requirements into effective technology solutions.
Lead process improvement, solution delivery, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption initiatives.
Operations and Planning
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications.
- Support and enhance SaaS and ERP systems, ensuring operational effectiveness, data integrity, and reporting integration.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and risk controls and resolve system and data quality issues.
- Analyze business processes and ERP utilization to recommend improvements.
- Develop solution designs, workflows, controls, and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for advanced analytics, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
Development and Stakeholders
- Lead process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives.
- Develop business cases and manage requirements delivery within Agile frameworks.
- Support testing, user acceptance testing, and production readiness.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, communicate project updates, and support change management initiatives.
Reporting and Knowledge Management
- Monitor and report on project progress, operational performance, system utilization, KPIs, and SLA compliance.
- Support reports, dashboards, and analytics while ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes, ERP systems, SaaS applications, and data management.
- Develop documentation, deliver user training, and promote knowledge sharing and analytics adoption.
Governance and Compliance
- Ensure business processes, system solutions, and data management practices comply with governance, risk management, and organizational standards.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Certifications and Experience
- Preferred certifications include CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, PMP, ERP, data analytics, or business intelligence certifications.
- Requires 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in business analysis, ERP systems, process improvement, data analytics, or business transformation within financial services or related industries.
