We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager Business Continuity. In this key role, you will ensure that the EtihadWE can effectively respond to and recover from disruptions, maintaining operational resilience and safeguarding critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an infrastructure audit implementation plan in cooperation with the concerned organizational units to ensure data correctness.
• Inventory of requirements of capabilities, resources and opportunities to benefit in cooperation with external parties.
• Identify potential hazards and threats to hazardous materials in Etihad that could affect business operations, including their use and those who deal with them and at the level of each Emirate. Identify the necessary response plans and stakeholders at the level of Etihad and cooperate and coordinate with the National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority and the supporting bodies.
• Preparing and implementing a business impact analysis plan for all organizational units in Etihad and updating it periodically.
• Inventory and identification of the risks of Etihad Water and Electricity and preparation of the risk register of infrastructure, operations and systems Electronic used for Etihad.
• Ensure that business continuity and recovery strategies are in place to mitigate identified risks and minimize the impact of disruptions on the operations and business of Etihad.
• Develop and implement business continuity policies and procedures that comply with legal, regulatory and industry standards.
• Develop and implement regular drills and simulations to test the effectiveness of business continuity plans and response strategies.
• Develop response plans in line with the specific scenarios required to be implemented that affect the infrastructure, processes and systems in Etihad in cooperation with the National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority and external supporting parties and determine the requirements of resources and capabilities at the level of each emirate.
• Implementing the training and development plan in cooperation with the concerned units at the level of Etihad and the National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority and those concerned with attending business continuity programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is essential.
• Experience in business continuity, risk management, or emergency management, preferably within the utilities or infrastructure sectors.
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity plans and disaster recovery strategies.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to business continuity, safety, and risk management.
