We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer. In this key role, you will ensure that we contributes to EtihadWE’s digital communications strategy, creating engaging and visually appealing content that supports the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design visual content for various digital platforms, including EtihadWE’ s website, social media channels, email campaigns, and internal communications. This includes creating graphics, infographics, banners, and other visual materials.
• Ensure that all design work aligns with EtihadWE’ s brand guidelines and visual identity. Maintain consistency in style, color schemes, and typography across all communication materials.
• Manage and execute multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion. This includes producing graphics for marketing campaigns, reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions that address specific communication challenges or objectives. This may involve brainstorming, sketching, and prototyping design ideas.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs. Ensure that final designs meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Optimize visual content for various digital formats and platforms. Ensure that designs are responsive and look good on different devices and screen sizes.
• Use graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other relevant tools to create and edit visual content.
• Organize and manage design assets, including maintaining an efficient file storage system for graphics, images, and other digital assets.
• Stay updated on current design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative and effective design solutions.
• Consider user experience principles when designing digital content to ensure that it is user-friendly and engaging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field is typically preferred.
• Experience as a graphic designer, ideally with a portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools.
• Familiarity with additional design tools such as Sketch or Figma can be beneficial.
• Knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout design, and user experience (UX) principles.
