- Role and Requirementsu>:/u>
- Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the implementation of ISO 55001 standards across asset management processes.
- Lead Maximo implementation projects to enhance asset tracking and management capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective asset lifecycle management.
- Monitor and report on asset performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage a team of asset management professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and drive business development work across the region
- To do this role effectively, we are looking for people with
- knowledge and experience
- in the following areas:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management.
- Implementing ISO 55001 projects in the power and utilities sector
- Certification in Asset Management (e.g., ISO 55001 Lead Auditor)
- Hands-on experience with Maximo or similar asset management software.
- Previous experience in a consulting role within a Big 4 firm

- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
