Assistant Manager - Engineering Solutions - BIM

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop solution architecture designs, technical specifications, and integration models aligned with enterprise standards.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and implementable technical solutions.
• Execute solution implementation activities including configuration, deployment, testing, migration, and go-live support.
• Support systems integration and ensure reliable interoperability and data flow across platforms.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and solution artifacts.
• Validate implemented solutions against approved architecture, governance, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical and integration issues.
• Monitor system performance, support enhancement initiatives, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support operational readiness and handover activities.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices relevant to development systems and enterprise platforms

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems implementation, and systems integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Experience working with Design, Engineering, BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, or related development business systems preferred.
• Experience within large-scale organizations, smart cities, giga-projects, real estate, engineering, or entertainment industries is preferred.
• Previous experience with consulting firms or enterprise technology delivery environments is advantageous
• Relevant certifications in enterprise applications, BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, cloud platforms, or solution architecture are preferred
