About Supply Chain & Operations in EY

• EY Supply Chain & Operations consulting helps organizations transform their end-to-end supply chains to drive growth, boost resilience, improve efficiency, and manage costs.
• They address complex issues and opportunities across the entire product lifecycle, from sourcing raw materials to final delivery to the customer, leveraging technology like AI, data analytics, and automation.
• Role and Requirements:
• Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee the implementation of ISO 55001 standards across asset management processes.
• Lead Maximo implementation projects to enhance asset tracking and management capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective asset lifecycle management.
• Monitor and report on asset performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage a team of asset management professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and drive business development work across the region
• To do this role effectively, we are looking for people with
• knowledge and experience
• in the following areas:
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management.
• Implementing ISO 55001 projects in the power and utilities sector
• Certification in Asset Management (e.g., ISO 55001 Lead Auditor)
• Hands-on experience with Maximo or similar asset management software.
• Previous experience in a consulting role within a Big 4 firm
• you’ll also have to:
• Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
