Position Overview
Wasabi Technologies seeks a Managed Services Consultant to support life sciences clients with technology services, operational needs, and ongoing client solutions.
The role combines technical knowledge, consulting, and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Support managed services projects and gather clients’ technical and business requirements.
- Monitor service delivery, resolve operational issues, and coordinate technical teams implementing solutions.
- Analyze service performance and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and client updates; maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in consulting, managed services, or technology support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication, and client-service abilities.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities and projects.
- Cloud, data, or IT service solutions experience is a plus.
