Leasing & Tenant Management
- Develop and execute leasing strategies for both souq stalls and mall retail units.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure new tenants (local vendors, SMEs, and international brands).
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and rental negotiations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure retention.
- Curate a balanced tenant mix (traditional, cultural, and modern retail).
- Align mall tenants with brand positioning and target audience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Achieve leasing revenue targets and occupancy rates.
- Analyze sales reports and tenant performance.
- Recommend rent adjustments, promotions, or tenant changes.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and leasing reports.
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing teams for events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work with operations to ensure tenant compliance with policies and standards.
- Support tenant onboarding (fit-out approvals, store openings).
- Ensure smooth day-to-day leasing operations.
- Ensure all lease agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage documentation, contracts, and records.
- Handle disputes and resolve tenant issues professionally.
