Male Spa Receptionist / Facilities Coordinator

About This Role

We are seeking a professional and reliable Male Spa Receptionist / Facilities Coordinator to join our team in a residential apartment setting. The role involves overseeing daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities, including guest bookings, gym access monitoring, and maintaining a high standard of service for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage spa bookings, including massage appointments, steam, and sauna , ice bath reservations
• Welcome and assist residents and guests in a professional manner
• Monitor access and usage of the gym and wellness facilities
• Ensure only authorized residents and approved guests are using the facilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and common areas
• Coordinate with therapists and housekeeping when needed
• Handle inquiries, phone calls, and booking systems efficiently
• Report any issues or irregularities to management

Requirements:

• Male candidate preferred
• Previous experience as a receptionist, spa receptionist, or in a similar role
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented
• Basic knowledge of spa operations (massage, steam, sauna) is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties
• Flexible with working hours
