Recreation Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all recreational facilities (spa, gym, steam, sauna)
• Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and properly maintained at all times
• Supervise and manage recreation staff, including receptionists, therapists, and attendants
• Monitor staff performance, schedules, and service standards
• Handle resident inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally
• Ensure only authorized residents and guests are accessing the facilities
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for facility usage and safety
• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for any operational issues
• Monitor inventory of spa and wellness supplies and ensure proper stock levels
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Prepare reports on operations, incidents, and facility usage
• Recommend improvements to enhance overall resident experience

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recreation Manager, Spa Manager, or similar role
• Experience in residential, hotel, or wellness facility management is preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of spa, gym, and wellness operations
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Flexible with working hours
