About This Role
**Location:** Business bay, Dubai
We are seeking a certified and experienced Female Fitness Coach to join our team.
The ideal candidate will hold a Reps Level 3 certification and possess a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
Responsibilities
- Conducting one-on-one training sessions with clients, providing personalized fitness plans and coaching to help them reach their objectives.
- Monitoring client progress, adjusting workout plans as needed, and providing ongoing support and encouragement.
- Educating clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle choices to support their fitness journey.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster long-term success and retention.
Requirements
- Reps Level 3 certification or equivalent accredited fitness qualification.
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer, with a track record of helping clients achieve results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition principles.
- CPR/AED certification (preferred).
- Yoga/Mat Pilates & Zumba will be added advantage.
- A positive and energetic attitude, with a genuine passion for health and fitness.
