We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Butler to provide personalized service and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a private household or luxury establishment.
The Butler will be responsible for managing household staff, maintaining exceptional standards of hospitality, and attending to the needs and preferences of residents or guests with great attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a polished appearance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key duties include supervising service staff, coordinating formal and informal events, managing household inventories, handling guest requests, and delivering a seamless, high-end service experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Butler, House Manager, or in a similar role within luxury hospitality or private households
- Strong knowledge of formal service etiquette, including dining, table setting, and beverage service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to manage and supervise household staff effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of household maintenance and operations
- Ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive service
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
